Lead counsel in a state class action on behalf of an estimated 250 computer help desk employees in Pennsylvania and Ohio to recover wages for unpaid wages and overtime, unpaid breaks, and unpaid off the clock work.  A related collective action in Federal Court under the Fair Labor Standards Act was was settled in March, 2009.
