Rooney, et al. v. PC Helps Support, LLC, et al., Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, No. 07250, March Term 2008.

Lead counsel in a state class action on behalf of an estimated 300 computer help desk employees in Pennsylvania and Ohio to recover wages for unpaid wages and overtime, unpaid breaks, and unpaid off the clock work.  A related collective action filed in Federal Court under the Fair Labor Standards Act was settled in March, 2009. 

The parties have reached a settlement that was filed for preliminary approval with the Court on August 12, 2011. Notice will be mailed to class members upon Court approval.
