Rooney v. PC Helps

Rooney, et al. v. PCHelps Support, LLC, et al., Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, No. 07250, March Term 2008.

Lead counsel in a class action on behalf of an estimated 250 computer help desk employees to recover wages for unpaid overtime, unpaid breaks, and unpaid off the clock work.  A related collective action filed in Federal Court under the Fair Labor Standards Act was settled in March, 2009.
